You'll get 6 workouts per month


GETTING STARTED

I'll start you out with 3 workouts that you'll repeat for the first two weeks.


AFTER THAT

After looking at your progress, I will create 3 additional workouts to help your body continue to respond.


2 WEEK CHECK-INS

From that point forward, we'll do 2 week check-ins so I can update your workouts based on your body's progress.

PLAN

You'll get 8 workouts per month


GETTING STARTED

I'll start you out with 4 workouts that you'll repeat for the first two weeks.


AFTER THAT

After looking at your progress, I will create 4 additional workouts to help your body continue to respond.


2 WEEK CHECK-INS

From that point forward, we'll do 2 week check-ins so I can update your workouts based on your body's progress.
